Rosy Arora is an Associate with a practice focused on Commercial Litigation, Insurance Denials, and Civil Sexual Assault matters.

Rosy has represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia and has achieved successful outcomes in complex contract and property disputes, often resolving matters without the necessity of trial. She is valued for her ability to navigate high-stakes disputes with clarity and pragmatism, ensuring her clients’ interests are advanced both effectively and cost-efficiently.

Rosy was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020 after articling with the firm. Rosy combines deep litigation knowledge with a commitment to accessible, client-focused service.

In addition to English, Rosy is fluent in Punjabi, allowing her to assist clients in both languages.
