Hanna Hsiao

Hanna Hsiao joined Hammerco as an associate in 2026, primarily practicing in estate litigation. She has represented clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.

Hanna grew up in Ontario, where she obtained her Bachelor of Environmental Studies, Urban Planning degree from the University of Waterloo. She later obtained her Law degree from the University of Ottawa, and started her law career in British Columbia, being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025.

Hanna’s experience includes assisting clients with wills variation claims, issues relating to capacity and undue influence, and participating in mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes. Hanna also has experience managing the solicitor side of estate planning, including drafting wills, representation agreements and power of attorney documents. Hanna enjoys making complex legal issues accessible for clients and advocates for clients through challenging legal circumstances.

In her spare time, Hanna enjoys exploring new restaurants and activities in Vancouver, skiing, and travelling.
