Raman Dasanjh-Samra is an experienced litigation lawyer with extensive experience in complex personal injury, occupiers’ liability, product defects, and estate and trusts claims.
Having grown up in a small town in the interior of British Columbia, Raman knows the importance of strong advocacy and ensuring that her clients feel heard.
Raman does not shy away from a challenge and prides herself on her courtroom experience, having successfully conducted numerous judge and jury trials. In addition to her trial advocacy skills, Raman is solutions-oriented and works collaboratively to find efficient ways to solve her client’s legal problems through alternative dispute resolution.
In personal injury, Raman represents individuals who have sustained serious injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident, slip and fall incidents, assaults, and dog bites.
In estate litigation, Raman represents executors, beneficiaries, disinherited children, spouses, or caretakers. Raman’s experience includes:
- Wills variation claims
- Validity of wills actions due to testamentary capacity and/or undue influence
- Resulting trusts actions
- Unjust enrichment and other constructive trust actions
- Removal of executors
