Background
On March 12, 2019, Hammerco Lawyers filed a proposed class action against PRO DOC LIMITEE, APOTEX INC., PHARMASCIENCE INC. and TEVA CANADA LIMITED defendants alleging the Defendants supplied and/or distributed Losartan that was contaminated with a carcinogen.
The misrepresentations by the Defendants as to the risks associated with the use of the Losartan Drugs constitute unlawful, unfair, and deceptive trade practices.
