Consumers that used the Defendant’s Accommodation Rental Services to rent an accommodation and paid the Defendant a commission or fee for that service. The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant was statutorily prohibited from providing the Accommodation Rental Services in Canada, pursuant to the Real Estate Services Prohibition and/or the Travel Agent Services Prohibition.
