KLM-Air France Data Breach

Background
On August 14, 2025, Hammerco Lawyers initiated a class action lawsuit against Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Air France-KLM Group, and Salesforce, Inc. about a data breach where personal information of Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ customers was accessed. The data breach compromised the personal information of Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ customers, including names, contact details, Flying Blue loyalty membership details, and communications with customer service agents.
Class Membership Criteria
All individuals residing anywhere in the world (or, subsidiarily in British Columbia or Canada) whose private information was or might have been compromised as part of the Data Breach of Salesforce, Inc.’s servers that was discovered on or about August 7, 2025 (the “Class” or “Class Member(s)”), including subclasses of individuals who were customers of AIR FRANCE who received notification of the Data Breach on or about August 7, 2025 (the “Air France Subclass” or “Air France Subclass Member(s)”) and who were customers of KLM who received notification of the Data Breach on or about August 7, 2025 (the “KLM Subclass” or “KLM Subclass Member(s)”).
