Who you are

Our team is looking for an experienced Personal Injury and Estate Litigator.

The successful candidate for this position will have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigator
• Experience representing plaintiffs in Personal Injury claims (80% caseload)
• Experience representing plaintiffs in Wills and Estates dispute and resolution (20% caseload)
• Drive to provide exceptional client service and deliver results through powerful legal solutions
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful legal proceedings
• Resourcefulness and a strategic mindset for complex problem solving
• Empathy, compassion, and a team-oriented approach
• Confident and good communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in business development
